Our partner's expatriate inspectors will produce a professional snagging list for
your new Spanish home. They are highly qualified building industry
professionals with years of experience in the trade and excellent
knowledge of the Spanish property market.
Ideally the snagging inspection will be carried out before you move in
so that the Spanish housebuilder will have time to address all the
problems before you take possession.
The snagging list will be issued within 2 working days of the
inspection with a copy going to you in English and one directly to the
housebuilder in Spanish.
Once this process has begun we will be available to provide
free advice to help you get your new home finished to standard, and if you opt for our standard service we
will return to your property to check that the remedial work has been
completed to standard.
