We are writing to authorise a representative from New
Build Inspections Ltd to carry out, on our behalf, the snagging
inspection for the above property, and to inform you that they will be
contacting you to arrange a suitable date and time for the said
inspection.
Please can you ensure that all work is completed, that New Build
Inspections are given unlimited access to the property and that all
services, water and electricity, are connected and available to the
property on the day of inspection.
A representative from your company can be present at the inspection.
However, New Build Inspections’ representative will not sign any
documents agreeing the snagging requirements as you will be provided
with a copy of their report, in English and Spanish within 72 hours of
the inspection.
