This role is freelance and would suit retired or former building trade professionals. Ideal candidates will be able to undertake assignments at short notice.

Excellent customer care skills. An excellent communicator - written and oral. Professional confidence. Knowledge of Spanish building regulations. Your own transport. Access to e-mail and computer literate.
Highly Desireable Requirements
Written and spoken Spanish.
