To qualify for the online price you need to book and pay for your inspection one week in advance.

Please note: For houses and villas underbuild (a basement) is counted as an additional bedroom and swimming pools are excluded from our inspections.
Discounts are available to property investors or anyone making multiple bookings.
Once you have made your booking you will need to complete the authorisation forms in English and Spanish to give New Build Inspections authority to inspect the property on your behalf. These will need to be faxed to us on 0845 22 66 487 and the person who we will organise the inspection with, either the builder or the estate agent.
